




About The Kavanaghs
The Kavanaghs are a Power Pop band from Rosario, Argentina who are heavily influenced by Power Pop Groups of the late 60's & 70's. Groups like the Beatles, Badfinger, the Zombies, Beach Boys and the Raspberries to name just a few.

The group was founded by Tiago Galindez ( Vocals, Bass & Keyboards ), Diago Vasquez ( Guitar & Vocals ), Sebastian Cairo ( Guitar & Vocals ) and Franco Barbieri ( Drums ). In the groups short history they have released three CD's an EP and a live CD/DVD album.

In 2009, the Kavanaghs played a number of concert dates outside Argentina including a week at the famous Cavern ( which was made famous by the Beatles ) during Beatles Week ( A yearly Festival ), in Liverpool, England and in 2010 the Kavanaghs traveled to the United States to play the "Pop Overthrow Festival", an event that brings together the exponents of the "Power Pop World" and included dates at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas and at the famous, Whisky A GoGo in Los Angeles, California.

The Kavanaghs are signed to Dreamscape Records are currently recording a new album and hopefully be able to promote the new release by touring both the United States, the UK and Europe the middle of next year.
